I came across some interesting pieces of news over the last few weeks that I wanted to share with you.
Cape BretonWe all know that Cape Breton is a special place where the breathtaking scenery is spectacular. Well, apparently followers of Expedia Canada feel the same way. In a recent poll they named Cape Breton the Number 1 destination in Canada for 2018.This makes me very proud! Browse my Cape Breton pages and you'll see why. HalifaxHalifax also received some well-deserved accolades. They recently won Trip Advisor's Traveller's Choice Award for 2018. Add to this being named one of the Best Affordable Vacations in Canada for 2018 by the Culture Trip! Not hard to understand why.Halifax is simply awesome. I always love my visits there. I call it the little city with a big heart. Are you a golfer?You will love this one!! Golf Digest has announced its 100 greatest golf courses in the world. Cape Breton's Cabot Cliffs is ranked #9 and Cabot Links is at #43. It is now official.....Cape Breton is for golfers!!
Cabot Cliffs and Cabot Links are located along the Ceilidh Trail near the town of Inverness on the western side of Cape Breton Island. This is a fabulous part of the island.
