Issue #017, August 23, 2018hi folks,Welcome to the August issue of Your Nova Scotia Travel tips. I recently spent some time on the Lighthouse Trail on the South Shore in Nova Scotia. This area stretches from Peggy's Cove then southwest to Cape Sable Island. I recorded several videos and created a Lighthouse Trail video playlist on my Facebook page.

The festivals and events for Cape Breton and Halifax are listed on my website. Have a look and see what appeals to you. I am trying to organize some time at Celtic Colours in October. My stories from a few years ago might entice you there as well.Don't forget that the Ceilidh Trail on Cape Breton's west coast has square dances and ceilidhs almost every night of the week. I also want to mention that Nocturne Art at Night in Halifax has been included in the top 40 Arts & Culture Festivals in North America. Sounds like a unique event.
